Sandbanks Crazy Golf - Grand Opening

Thursday 14th August saw the Grand Opening of Sandbanks Crazy Golf Course.  Many people came to see the opening and for a round or two (in our case 4) and the evening was enjoyed by all.  Poole Borough Council contributed to the evening helping to entertain the crazy golf fans whilst awaiting the opening.  Special guests included Roger Johnson off BBC South Today, he cut the tape to declare the course officially open and then did an outside broadcast from hole 12, Down & Out.  There was a raffle to win a round of golf with Roger and this was won by a guy called David.  After playing his round Roger Johnson said to us,

"This crazy golf course is brilliant!!  Its the perfect thing to have down here near the beach, the course is a lot better than the courses there were when I was younger!"
